Vinyl Sample Disclaimer – Fair Use and Crate Digging Service
Our vinyl sample collections are offered strictly under the principles of Fair Use, as defined in Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976. Fair Use permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, research, teaching, scholarship, and non‑profit creative work. We do not claim ownership of any original copyrighted recordings. All rights remain with their respective copyright holders. No copyright infringement is intended.
We provide a crate‑digging and curation service for music producers, beatmakers, and sound designers. Our team sources from rare, out‑of‑print, or obscure vinyl records — often records that are extremely hard to find or prohibitively expensive. The fee you pay reflects the time, effort, knowledge, and labor involved in discovering, archiving, and organizing these materials.
Important: Purchasing one of these sample packs does not grant you copyright clearance for commercial use. If you intend to use a sample in a commercial release, it is your responsibility to clear the sample with the appropriate rights holders.
All vinyl sample packs are strictly limited to 25 copies to ensure uniqueness and to discourage mass redistribution. Each sample is carefully trimmed and kept under 30 seconds in duration. Once a pack reaches its limit, it is permanently marked as sold out.
If you are a rights holder and wish to request the removal of a particular sample, please contact us directly at alphacentorilabs@gmail.com and we will comply immediately.
