Beat Purchase Agreement

By completing this purchase, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Producer Credit

The Buyer acknowledges that Alpha Centori is the sole producer of the purchased beat. The Buyer agrees to credit the producer in any public or commercial use of the beat as follows:"Produced by Alpha Centori" This credit must appear in all digital or physical releases, including but not limited to streaming platforms, social media posts, videos, and liner notes.

Sample Clearance Responsibility

By agreeing to this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that the purchased beat may contain uncleared samples. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for clearing any and all samples used within the beat. Alpha Centori is not liable for any legal issues, claims, or disputes arising from the use of uncleared samples in the purchased beat. The Buyer agrees to handle all sample clearance processes either personally or through their record label.

Exclusive License

The exclusive license Includes the WAV stereo file, and all separate stems. Grants the Buyer exclusive rights to the beat. Once purchased, the beat's status will be changed to "sold out," and no one else will be able to purchase it. Allows for unlimited worldwide streaming, video production, and physical distribution.

No Refunds

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the purchase is completed. By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated above.
